تتعهد بأن الفيديو من إنتاجك الشخصي ولا ينتهك أي حقوق طبع ونشر أو سياسات المحتوى الخاصة بالمنصات الإعلانية. أنت تتحمل المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة في حال إيقاف الإعلان بسبب انتهاك حقوق الملكية.
تُحسب العمولات بناءً على إحصائيات منصات التحليل المعتمدة لدينا (مثل AppsFlyer). لن يتم احتساب أي بيانات وهمية (Bots) أو تلاعب، ويحق للمنصة استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحليل جودة الزيارات.
تُضاف الأرباح الثابتة وعمولات الأداء إلى لوحة التحكم الخاصة بك. تتم مراجعة الأرصدة وتحويلها عبر قنوات الدفع المعتمدة (PayPal / تحويل بنكي) بعد فترة مراجعة مدتها 7 أيام لضمان جودة الأداء ومطابقة البيانات مع المنصات الإعلانية.
بموافقتك على هذه الشروط، أنت توافق على "سياسة الخصوصية" الخاصة بنا. نحن نستخدم بياناتك وبيانات أداء إعلاناتك لغرض تحسين الحملات فقط ولا نقوم ببيعها لأطراف خارجية غير مصرح لها.
أي محاولة للتلاعب بواجهة برمجة التطبيقات (API)، أو تقديم أكواد تفويض مزيفة، ستؤدي إلى الحظر الفوري ومصادرة الأرصدة.
Welcome to Rawa Ads Manager. By using our platform, users agree to the following terms governing the use of third-party advertising APIs, including the TikTok Marketing API:
By submitting Spark Ads authorization codes, users grant the platform the right to programmatically manage and track ad performance via official APIs. Authorization cannot be revoked after a programmatic campaign has started.
Users must comply with all third-party platform policies, including TikTok's Terms of Service and content guidelines. You bear full legal responsibility if an ad is suspended due to IP violations.
Commissions are calculated based on trusted analytics platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer). Any artificial inflation of metrics (bots) or manipulation will not be counted. The platform reserves the right to use AI tools to analyze traffic quality.
Earnings are added to your dashboard. Balances are reviewed and transferred via approved payment channels (PayPal / bank transfer) after a 7-day review period to ensure performance quality and data alignment with advertising platforms.
By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We use your data and ad performance metrics solely for campaign optimization and do not sell them to unauthorized third parties.
Any abuse, API manipulation, or submission of fake authorization codes will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

يحق لك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وكافة البيانات المرتبطة به (بما في ذلك أكواد التفويض) من خلال التواصل مع الدعم الفني، وسيتم مسح بياناتك من خوادمنا تماماً.
We collect basic information (such as email addresses and TikTok Spark Ads authorization codes) solely for the purpose of managing ad campaigns and accurately calculating your earnings.
Our system utilizes the TikTok Marketing API to sync ad statuses and metrics. We do not use this data for any purposes outside of optimizing your campaigns and managing tasks within your dashboard.
Your data and ad metrics are securely stored. We strictly commit to never selling, renting, or sharing your personal or TikTok data with any unauthorized third parties.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including authorization codes) at any time by contacting support. Your data will be completely removed from our servers.
